Louise Badenhorst
Operations Head
Louise Badenhorst, Operations Head at CYBER1 Solutions – Middle East & Europe, has held various operational and leadership roles during the course of her career spanning South Africa, Middle East & Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, Australasia, and the Americas. Her decade of experience with multi-national management of teams and strong leadership qualities has given her the ability to lead complex and diverse teams.
Her career in ICT before joining CYBER1, when she led various major project deliveries in the chemicals industry at the Omnia Group, including implementing new technologies and enhancing its global workforce. Badenhorst has a passion for driving process and excellence in the workplace and believes in fuelling change through the empowerment, upskilling, and upliftment of staff. Her passion for encouraging staff to improve themselves is something she strives for too, and she has continued studying throughout her career, achieving qualifications in project management, finance, and marketing.
